Battista, affectionately known as Vroom around the barn, is an imported 2017 Hanoverian gelding standing at 16.3 hands. I purchased him on a whim from an online auction, and he has since exceeded all my expectations. With his athletic build and three easy, elastic, and comfortable gaits, he is an absolute pleasure to ride.
In 2024, despite fracturing his T1 in a freak accident, Vroom achieved an impressive 6th place for Dressage Horse of the Year at 3rd Level and 3rd place for the American Hanoverian Society at the same level. He is truly a horse who is a joy to develop and train, and I look forward to seeing how far we can go together!
